6 Free National Park Days. Out of 419 National Park properties, 111 do charge an entrance fee.
Admission for those parks that do charge a fee range from $10 to $35, good for an entire carload of people for a week.

All the money collected from entrance fees remain in the National Park Service and is used to enhance the visitor’s experience. 80% stays in the park where it is collected and 20% used to benefit parks that do not collect fees.
There are also options to purchase an annual or lifetime pass that is good for more than 2,000 federal recreation sites.
